If after 4 weeks you still haven't received your prize, please open a support ticket and we will take care of it!&nbsp;</p><h4>If the prizes come from an external organiser</h4><p>The distribution of prizes (physical or cash prize) is usually indicated in the rules.&nbsp;</p><p>If after 8 weeks you still haven't received your prize, please open a support ticket and we will contact the tournament organizer.</p>
